To our Cozy Community,
We are excited to say that we are getting ready to re-open! As Phase 2 is rolling out, we will be ready and waiting. Here’s what we will be doing to ensure the safety of our clients and our team:
Our team members will be wearing face coverings while inside the salon & serving clients, and we will use disposable capes for each child.
Team members will wash their hands before and after each service (as always) and hand sanitizer will be available throughout the shop.
Everyone entering the salon will have their temperatures checked (team members & clients) prior to entry, using a non-contact digital forehead thermometer.
We will be following new disinfectant guidelines, which include cleaning and sanitizing throughout the salon and between each appointment.  Everything we touch will be wiped down after each client- tools, products, chairs, counters, etc.
Services will be by appointment only. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins until further notice.  For scheduling ease, you can book online here.
We’re limiting the number of people in the salon at one time and will have social distancing cues throughout.
We will have contact free check-in and check-out.
Our waiting area will be unavailable, so we ask that you wait outside until we let you know it is your turn.
We would love to hug you when you return, but for the time being we will be a no-contact zone and will skip handshakes & hugs.
Here’s what we ask of you:
If you or your child have fever, chills, cough, muscle pains, headaches, loss of taste or smell, or otherwise think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please cancel your appointment so we can ensure the safety of our clients and team members.
We must limit the people in the salon at all times, so we ask that only one adult accompanies a young child and parents wait outside for older children. We know that families like to share the haircut experience, but we are looking out for the safety and well-being of everyone.
All clients will be required to wear face coverings (children and adults). If you forget yours, we will have disposable masks available for you.
